Train with us

Saturday morning non-contact boxing classes with Sweet Science Foundation are a favourite activity for young people looking to stay fit, build confidence or learn some new skills. Our sessions are designed to be accessible to all, regardless of experience or skill level, offering a fantastic way for participants to improve their fitness while developing discipline and focus. The structured, yet fun, nature of our classes makes it an ideal environment for children and teens to challenge themselves in a positive and supportive way.

We focus on technique, helping young boxers refine their basic moves, such as the jab and the straight backhand. Emphasis is placed on mastering the fundamentals, which are essential not only for boxing but for any physical activity that requires coordination and control. Through drills and targeted exercises, participants learn how to execute these moves with precision.

You might get the opportunity to step into the ring and try to land a punch on Coach Leroy. As a seasoned coach and role model, Leroy’s presence in the ring is always motivating and educational. Trying to land a punch on the Coach adds an extra layer of fun to the class!

Our Saturday classes provide a great mix of physical fitness, skill development and positive energy. It’s more than just a workout, it’s a chance for young people to develop resilience, teamwork and self-belief in a safe and encouraging environment.
